Those who love the beach, the Mediterranean weather, and exclusivity have found the perfect partner to accompany them in beginning their dream life. At VAPF, we know that our customers have very high expectations and for this reason, we continue to grow and improve so that we can meet those expectations. As such, we have a lot of updates this autumn!
To begin, if you are one of our real estate agents, this Tuesday, September 17th, you have a date with us! We’d like to you invite you to the Open House that we’ve organized with Cumbre del Sol Residential Resort to introduce you to our Villa del Mar and also to let you know about our updates for this new season.
Villa del Maris a luxury villa with a surface area of 565 m2 and a plot measuring 1025 m2, with unbeatable views of the Mediterranean Sea. In fact, the house has been designed to make the most of the outdoor area and enjoy the Costa Blanca weather on your terrace with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue area.

In the interior of the home, sunlight filters in through the windows to offer a great amount of natural light that fills each corner of the home. The house has an open concept and space that’s made up of the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the ground floor.
On the middle floor, the house has 3 bedrooms, each with their respective bathrooms and there is also a bathroom located on the ground floor with the living room and dining room. On the upper floor, a large hall with a private lift awaits guests.
But that’s not everything. The house has a 4th floor designed for family leisure and perfect for setting up a gym or another bedroom or even a guestroom.

In 1963, Pedro Soliveres Cabrera, together with other founding partners, decided to embark on the great adventure of starting VAPF Group. It was only a year later that his first great project got underway: the residential complex named “El Serrano.” The first development, made up of 38 single-family homes was the beginning of a company that gradually grew to be a benchmark in the housing development sector on the Costa Blanca.
