In 1963, Pedro Soliveres Cabrera, together with other founding partners, decided to embark on the great adventure of starting VAPF Group. It was only a year later that his first great project got underway: the residential complex named “El Serrano.” The first development, made up of 38 single-family homes was the beginning of a company that gradually grew to be a benchmark in the housing development sector on the Costa Blanca, having consolidated in Benissa in 1970 with the creation of the business group, VAPF S.A., a name created from the founding partners’ initials.
