New Collaboration between the VAPF Group and the Association of Parents with Children suffering from Cancer in the Valencian Community - ASPANION

VAPF Group has once again collaborated with the Association of Parents with Children suffering from Cancer in the Valencian Community - ASPANION, in the financing of its 2024 Christmas Toy Campaign for Children and Adolescents with Cancer.
During this time of year, whether at home or in hospital, it is essential that children affected by cancer experience joyful moments and receive the surprises and gifts they so richly deserve.
Thanks to the Christmas toy campaign, toys have been given to 284 children, giving illusion and smiles to children undergoing treatment at La Fe Hospital in Valencia, The Doctor Balmis General Hospital of Alicante, as well as to those in other phases of treatment who are not hospitalised, survivors and siblings of children or adolescents with cancer.
The association ASPANION, founded in 1985, has been working since then to offer psychological, social and economic support to families who have or have had a childwith cancer, to promote comprehensive care in advanced disease, social cooperation and volunteerism and dissemination of information on childhood cancer and its aftermath.
It is an honour for VAPF GROUP to collaborate for another year with ASPANION, helping to improve the quality of life of children and adolescents with cancer and their families.
