Open House in Blanc Altea Homes for Real Estate Agents: VAPF

On Thursday 27th September, VAPF held an Open House at Blanc Altea Homes to present “Blanc 11” to our network of real estate agents. This is a new villa which is finished, furnished, decorated, and ready for sale. As from today, real estate agents have two villas for sale which are ready for clients to move in and start enjoying their new life.
The opinions of those who attended couldn’t have been more positive; they were pleasantly surprised by the dimensions of this new villa, as well as by all of the improvements made to the communal areas, entrance, garden areas, lighting, etc. These improvements, combined with the rise in the number of people who now live in the residential complex, undoubtedly increase the attractions of Blanc Altea Homes.

In addition to the new Blanc Altea villa, for which we will soon have a full photo gallery and video, attendees were able to see the next developments being prepared by VAPF for sale over the coming months, both in Altea and in Cumbre del Sol Residential Resort. There was also a cocktail for the occasion which guests enjoyed while contemplating the wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea and Benidorm skyline from these villas.
As a surprise, we also held a raffle for attendees to win a lesson with tennis player David Ferrer. The winner will be announced soon on our VAPF Facebook page.
