From the beginning of the process you will have a person to communicate with directly, who will be familiar with the whole process of buying your home and who will accompany you throughout the construction process.
Personalisation of your new home
The ability to choose quality materials and personalise key aspects of the home (finishes, layout, etc.) is fundamental. That is why our architecture team will help you design your new home and your personal manager will accompany you in the process of choosing materials, site visits, etc.
Free accommodation
So that you can come and visit the evolution of the construction in the key phases of the same, visits in which you can take advantage to get to know the area, choose materials, make progress in legal procedures, or simply enjoy a few days on the Costa Blanca North.

Accompanying the notarial signature
You will have our advice during the signing at the notary's office, making sure you understand every step and legal detail of the process.
Final review of the dwelling
Pre-delivery inspection
A final tour of the property to check that everything is in perfect condition before the official handover. You will review your new home together with your advisor, who will also give you an initial training in the correct use of the property's installations.
Management of documentation and formalities
The preparation and delivery of all legal documentation, such as deeds, energy efficiency certificates, insurance, and guarantees, building book on a usb so that you have all the documentation organised.
Assistance in procurement of supplies
Arrangement of the contracting and direct debiting of the home's utilities, plus a one-year building insurance policy.
